Regarding Picture Day, every student must turn in a picture form even if not purchasing photos. Please turn forms into your student’s homeroom teacher.
This year Hayward Photography is offering Online Pre-Ordering as an option. Please check off the Online Pre-Pay box on your child’s order form and send it in to school with your child. This is a new convenient and easy process this year, but you can still order by sending the form in with a check as well. There are extra picture forms in the office. If you have questions contact Julie Lacy: email@example.com
Also a note about a meeting for Brookline High School Expansion project. The building committee of this project will meet this Friday Sept. 29 at 8 a.m. in the School Committee Room.

Writing & Organizational Coach for grades 8-12
Having recently relocated to Brookline, I’m introducing my well-seasoned writing and organizational services to this community. I work one-on-one with students on essays, research writing, and creative writing. I also help those struggling with homework organization and task management.
I’m passionately devoted to a diverse range of students—some challenged by mild or moderate disabilities, some struggling with writing assignments and deadlines, and some seeking the stimulation of special writing projects. I collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to foster a supportive community around each student.
Prior to our move, I worked mainly in the Lexington area, serving students attending Lexington High School, BB&N, Belmont Hill School, Belmont High School, and Dana Hall School. My holistic approach has helped many students triumph over difficult work and all that it brings in its wake.
A special note for 8th grade families:
Many middle school students struggle with the academic and emotional transition to high school. During this vulnerable time, I support students’ self-esteem while developing their writing and organizational skills for larger challenges ahead.
I’m available for both school year and summer sessions.
